Mary’s All Natural Scones

Every scone is prepared from scratch—no mixes

No artificial anything! We use unbleached and unbromated flour. For optimum citrus flavor, we zest and juice our own lemons, oranges and limes. White whole wheat flour is added to all scones because, "Who can't use a little more fiber?" All glazes, icings and schmears are prepared from scratch and ingredients are sourced locally, if at all possible.
